Technology Introduction

Ceramic membranes have become the preferred technology for clarification of biological fermentation broths due to their high separation accuracy, high efficiency, and resistance to biological fouling. The developed special ceramic membrane can not only remove bacteria, suspended solids, colloids and other solids, but also effectively remove dissolved proteins, macromolecules, polysaccharides and other components, and realize the separation and purification of products in the fermentation broth. Through high-precision membrane separation technology, the efficiency of post-processing (resin adsorption, nanofiltration/reverse osmosis concentration) can be greatly improved, and production costs can be reduced. The ceramic membrane developed by our company has been used in natamycin, amino acid, antibiotic, lincomycin, vitamin K13, pullulan, organic acid and other industries.
