Dioxane Solvent Recovery

Technology Introduction

Many solvents can form azeotropic and near-boiling mixtures with water, and it is difficult to further concentrate to a higher purity by using common rectification techniques. Traditional solvent dehydration processes such as rectification, azeotropic rectification, pressure swing distillation, pressure swing Adsorption, desiccant, etc. have problems such as high energy consumption, low yield, unfriendly environment, complicated operation, and low product quality.

Molecular sieve membrane dehydration technology is driven by the vapor partial pressure difference of the components, and utilizes the difference in the dissolution ( adsorption ) -diffusion rate of the components in the membrane pores and the difference in molecular size to achieve the separation between components, which is not affected by the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the separation system. It has high single-stage separation efficiency and is especially suitable for the separation of azeotropic and near-boiling mixtures. The packing density of the second-generation four-channel hollow fiber membrane is more than 3 times that of the tubular membrane , and the flux is more than 2 times. At the same time, give full play to the advantages of the membrane process in and out of the gas phase, breaking the azeotropic point, and the tower has the advantages of removing impurities and separating organic components to achieve process optimization!
