Founded on February 23, 2011, Nanjing Membrane Materials Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a research institution relying on the construction of the National Key Laboratory of Materials Chemistry Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology, and is also an independent legal entity of the Membrane Science and Technology Research Institute, one of the first professional research institutes of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. It is positioned as the organizer of membrane materials industry cultivation.
In order to achieve rapid transfer and transformation of achievements, the company has established a national science and technology enterprise incubator and a national professional maker space, built a professional first-class engineering research and development platform, and formed an integrated achievement transformation model of professional research institute+incubator. At present, it has a total building area of 140000 square meters for research and development carriers. It has built a complete research and development test center, membrane material production workshop, equipment manufacturing workshop, etc., around membrane separation materials and processes facing different processes, relying on the membrane science and technology industrial park.
Through the systematic research on the design, preparation and application of membrane materials, the company has made breakthroughs in the preparation of high-performance membrane materials and the development of key application technologies, forming landmark achievements, making the membrane material preparation technology reach the international advanced technical level, and driving the overall improvement of the technical level of related industries through the application of key technologies and complete sets of equipment. It has formed research directions and products such as ceramic membrane, organic nanofiltration membrane, molecular sieve membrane, PDMS composite membrane, high-strength PVDF membrane, oxygen permeable membrane, membrane reactor, etc. At present, it has membrane preparation laboratory, membrane application laboratory, nano material laboratory, mixed conductor membrane laboratory, membrane integration technology laboratory, molecular sieve membrane laboratory, membrane catalysis laboratory, membrane reactor laboratory, organic membrane laboratory Production base of commercial membrane and membrane equipment, etc.
